The Aldar Headquarters building is a 121m tall, 49,000 m2, 23 storey commercial building located in the Al Dana business district on the new Al Raha Beach development in Abu Dhabi

Air Separation Plant Mossgas, South Africa
World’s largest natural gas to synthetic fuels facility producing 34,000 barrels of diesel and associated products per day from natural gas. The Air Separation Plant provides nitrogen for the operation of the Mossgas facility.

Cargo Stand Expansion, Hong Kong International Airport
Internationally the airport is the third busiest in passenger volumes and busiest in cargo volume. The HKD 162m Cargo Stand expansion project upgraded the airports cargo handling capacity by 60%.

Coal Terminal Stackers/Reclaimers, South Africa
Electrical and instrumentation design for two fully automated PWB Wesserhuta coal stackers, one bridge reclaimer and one portal reclaimer for Anglo American’s Navigation facility. Coal is transferred from Navigation via a custom built 600 kM dedicated rail link to Richard’s Bay Coal Terminal (the world’s largest coal export terminal).

Dubai Aquatic Centre, United Arab Emirates
FINA approved international event aquatic stadium with a total capacity of 15,000 spectators. Estimated cost of the project is USD 200 million.

Dubai Waterfront Plot 5C, United Arab Emirates
135,000 m2 55 story residential tower, 35 story five star hotel/serviced apartments, 2 basements & 3 common podium levels aiming to achieve a LEED gold rating.

International Commerce Centre, Hong Kong
118 floor, 484 m office tower, 5-star hotel (Ritz Carlton) and shopping centre. The building is located in Kowloon and is Hong Kong’s tallest.

IQ Tower, Qatar
Iconic key office building by RHWL located in the heart of Doha. 71 floors, 7 basement levels, ground and mezzanine, 466 m height and total floor area of 71,500 m2.

60,000 seats FIFA approved national sports stadium.

LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) Plant, Mossgas, South Africa
The Mossgas LNG plant provides for 8 hours emergency islanding in the event of offshore gas supply interruption.

Masdar Integrated Car Parks, United Arab Emirates
Eight car parks and transportation interchanges. Each car park having approximately 2,300 parking spaces, six stories high and 140,000 m2. Infrastructure facilities integrated into the car parks include three district cooling plants, ICT Data Centre and PRT stations.

Materials Handing, South Africa, Botswana
Electrical and automation design for two Lurgi supplied gas cleanup precipitators at BCL’s copper-nickel Selebi-Phikwe facility in Botswana. Electrical and instrumentation design for Eskom’s Kendal Power stations two ash stackers in South Africa.

Interchange station on the West Rail project serving both KCRC and the MTRC. The HKD 1.2 billion station has a peak time design capacity of 40,000 passengers per hour.

Largest station on the West Rail project and interchange serving both KCRC and the MTRC. The HKD 3.1 billion station has a peak time design capacity of 42,000 passengers per hour.

North Otago Blackpoint Irrigation Scheme, New Zealand
One of the largest pumped irrigation schemes in the Southern Hemisphere delivering 5,100
litres per second and intended to irrigate 20,000 hectares of farmland.

Qatar Airways Staff Quarters, Qatar
residential development of four buildings each 7 floors, total built up area of 87,000 m2, common basement with 136 one bedroom units and 398 two bedroom units.

Ras Laffan Administration Complex, Qatar
Qatar Petroleum headquarter office building, medical centre, city hall, mosque, canteen, emergency operations centre, helicopter landing pad, two mail office buildings, corporate training building, hard & soft landscape.

Seawater Pumping Stations, Hong Kong International Airport
The airports two HKD 225m seawater-pumping stations are the largest cooling water pumping stations in Hong Kong and provide cooling water for all Airport facilities on the 12.5 million m2 development.

South East New Territories (SENT) Landfill Honk Kong
43 million m3 landfill including laboratories, treatment plant, substations, emergency generators and workshops located in the South East New Territories of Hong Kong.
