Sustainability
LEED Accredited Professional - LEED is an internationally recognized green
building certification system, providing third-party verification that a
building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving
performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water
efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and
stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
Breeam Certified Assessor - BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is the
leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. It
sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de
facto measure used to describe a building's environmental performance.
Freelance Work
Much of my employment have been contract based during the construction of
large scale projects. In between contract I have been involved in some

Mediation
Successfully completed the Accord Group Mediation Training Course early 2004.
The course is approved by the UK Charted Institute of Arbitrators, Law Society
of England and Wales, Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, Law
Society of New South Wales, Law Society of South Australia, Law Society of
Western Australia, Queensland Law Society and The Hong Kong International
Arbitration Centre.
Computer
Computer skills are excellent. Full knowledge of standard office and
engineering software. Programming languages C++, visual basic, .net, HTML,
XML, SOAP, etc. Installed/designed the Hong Kong corporate computer
networks for Kaba Gilgen and Avya as a freelance contractor.
